The Forte Objective
“Special Situations” opportunities are under-served in the private equity and early stage public market space that create an attractive investment opportunity.
Investments in “Special Situations” offer the potential for high returns generated upon the sale or IPO of information technology or communications companies which have not yet reached product or earnings maturity.
The objective of Forté is to achieve superior investment returns through the investment in and management of enterprises management and market potential to achieve significant revenue and profit growth. The goal is to achieve investment liquidity within a 2-3 year time horizon.
